WHAT IT IS:
A concept for an AI agent that helps owner-run bakeries and florists manage supplier delays, designed around how the owner supervises it.
THE ADVANTAGE:
Supplier delays often arrive as vague hints that only the owner sees, so affected orders are discovered too late, at pick-up, and an agent that could catch them is only useful if the owner can trust what it says in their name without checking every message.
THE IMPACT:
Trust has to be designed around the cost of agent's mistake: deciding which actions earn autonomy, which need to be approved and which should never be touched by AI.
All this while ensuring the user doesn't spend time on supervision.

THE ADVANTAGE:
Turns a raw brief into the exact screens and states to design before a designer ever opens Figma
THE IMPACT:
Building Flowprint taught me that if you can’t name the objects, states and relationships cleanly, the issues will show in edge cases and during scalability.

WHAT IT IS:
A digital consultation platform for pharmacists and GPs
THE CHALLENGE:
Patients answered risk assessments under time pressure in the room, making consultations longer and the answers less reliable.
THE IMPACT:
12 minute decrease in Time-on-Task for Risk Assessment workflow. Reduced friction between HCP and users during consultations.

WHAT IT IS:
AI-driven SaaS: created for risk infrastructure, applicable to any industry
THE ADVANTAGE:
Built a three-layer quality framework that gave design ownership of AI quality, and turned "is the AI good?" into three sharper, owned questions.
THE IMPACT:
It changed how I approach AI quality - instead of asking whether the agent was good, I broke it into the separate jobs it does, defined how each action should be judged, and tied those judgements to how much autonomy the agent earns.
